Customer Service / Sales Advisor

My client, a leading specialist in its field, is seeking a professional customer service / sales advisor to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
Working from contemporary offices in the CH5 area, you will be joining a fast-paced and supportive team.

Your new role

The position is offered full-time Monday to Friday and is fully office-based.
Hours of work are between 8.30am-5.30pm (they operate a shift pattern within those hours, of either 8.30am-5.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm, and an hour's lunch).You will be responsible for driving business by proactively engaging with potential clients and liaising with other team members to ensure a first-class service is provided
to both internal and external customers.

Some of your duties will include but not limited to

Winning business by engaging with contractors and promoting the company's brand
Building strong lasting relationships with customers and clients
Following on all service enquiries
Providing exemplary customer service and passionate about going that extra mile.
Dealing with a variety of administration tasks
Ability to recognise further opportunities to increase sales and revenues for the business.
Highlight areas for improvement and provide innovative ideas where appropriate
