Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 & Monthly Bonus Yearly Bonus

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Monday - Thurs 8.30am - 5pm

Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for a well established business in Bromsgrove to join the team and help drive growth! Duties Will Include:

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of loyal customers, building long-term relationships.
• Identify new sales opportunities.
• Effectively upsell the business product range.
• Proactively introduce new catalogues.
• Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in a similar sales, telesales or account management role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed.
