Internal Sales Support / Customer Service
Worcester (hybrid working available)
£25,000 – £30,000
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We’re working with an innovative and sustainability-led packaging business that's transforming the hospitality sector and beyond. Our client is part of a group of pioneering brands offering plant-based, compostable packaging and reusable cup solutions, operating internationally from the UK to Australia.
They’re now looking for a proactive and organised Internal Sales Support / Customer Service professional to join their close-knit Worcester team, supporting the wider sales and operations teams across the UK, Europe and APAC.
The Role: You’ll provide key administrative and customer service support across the business, handling day-to-day queries, processing orders, managing logistics with third-party partners, and supporting the sales team with inbound enquiries and CRM management. This is a varied and fast-paced role with real scope for progression.
Responsibilities:
Process inbound e-commerce orders and handle customer queries via phone and email
Manage internal systems including CRM (Pipedrive) and Netsuite
Liaise with third-party warehousing and delivery partners
Support the accounts team with chasing overdue invoices
Help set up new customers and assist with bespoke packaging admin
Proactively build relationships with customers, always aiming to exceed expectations
What They’re Looking For:
Someone proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
Experience in customer service, operations or internal sales
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and using systems (CRM, e-comm platforms)
An interest in coffee, sustainability or the hospitality industry is a bonus
