Internal Sales Support / Customer Service
  • Worcester (hybrid working available)
  • £25,000 – £30,000
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We’re working with an innovative and sustainability-led packaging business that's transforming the hospitality sector and beyond. Our client is part of a group of pioneering brands offering plant-based, compostable packaging and reusable cup solutions, operating internationally from the UK to Australia.

They’re now looking for a proactive and organised Internal Sales Support / Customer Service professional to join their close-knit Worcester team, supporting the wider sales and operations teams across the UK, Europe and APAC.

The Role:
You’ll provide key administrative and customer service support across the business, handling day-to-day queries, processing orders, managing logistics with third-party partners, and supporting the sales team with inbound enquiries and CRM management. This is a varied and fast-paced role with real scope for progression.

Responsibilities:
  • Process inbound e-commerce orders and handle customer queries via phone and email
  • Manage internal systems including CRM (Pipedrive) and Netsuite
  • Liaise with third-party warehousing and delivery partners
  • Support the accounts team with chasing overdue invoices
  • Help set up new customers and assist with bespoke packaging admin
  • Proactively build relationships with customers, always aiming to exceed expectations
What They’re Looking For:
  • Someone proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in customer service, operations or internal sales
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and using systems (CRM, e-comm platforms)
  • An interest in coffee, sustainability or the hospitality industry is a bonus
