Full Time | Permanent | Redhill

£27000 plus Bonus (£200 per month)

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for your next opportunity? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing business based on the outskirts of Redhill.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team in modern offices, providing excellent customer service while supporting the wider sales operation. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handling incoming customer and supplier enquiries by telephone and email
Building strong relationships with customers and providing a high level of service
Responding to queries, resolving issues and keeping customers updated
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
Updating customer and order information on internal systems
Assisting with general sales administration and supporting the wider team
Ensuring all customer records and information are kept accurate and up to date

About You:

You will have previous office-based customer service experience and be confident handling both telephone and email enquiries. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to your work.

You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, able to manage multiple tasks and confident dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues. A good level of IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems are also important.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch
25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days with service
