Vacancy ref - JR1826 Role - Customer Service / Sales Team Leader Hours - Full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm OR 9.30am to 5.30pm on a rota basis Location - Feltham, Middlesex Salary - £30,000 per annum + benefits
Our client is looking for a full time permanent Customer Service / Sales Team Leader to join their small friendly office team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join this busy business located in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
They are a growing company supplying electrical products to the trade. Their success over the last 4 years has already led to further growth for the business.
Duties for the Team Leader will include :
- Ensuring all quotes and sales orders are processed quickly and to the highest possible standard of customer service - Dealing with customer complaints and resolving customer issues the most efficient way possible - Identifying and assisting staff training needs - Supporting the sales team and Internal Sales Manager with general and administrative tasks, such as; booking goods in, allocating backlogs to customers, chasing late deliveries, raising and resolving delivery and stock discrepancies - Addressing customer debit notes and invoice inquiries - General administration duties
You will have have a proven track record within an office based customer service administration environment with strong attention to detail. You possess excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner and experience of dealing with customers over the phone.
People management experience is not essential but will be a distinct advantage.
Good Microsoft office skills are a prerequisite although training will be provided on products and software systems.
This is a full time permanent position.
