As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be:

• Managing customer accounts and supporting contract renewals
• Handling inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Creating quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting field engineers with scheduling and updates
• Logging and resolving customer issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach

As a Customer Service Specialist, your skills and experience will include:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a frontline customer service role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A calm, logical approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Experience with SAP B1 is a bonus, but not essential
