So what’s the job?

As part of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service via phone, chat, and email. Whether it's billing inquiries, troubleshooting, or general support, you'll be there offering outstanding customer service.

We also want you to think ahead of our customer's needs - we offer an array of services for them and we want you to make sure they are aware and have the right solution in place (we'll also give you commission if they upgrade or take on something new).

No previous experience is required – we provide full training from day one. We're looking for go-getters with:

• Outstanding customer service and active listening skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Self-motivation and a fearless approach to sales

PLEASE NOTE:

The internet doesn't sleep, and sometimes our customers don't either! To allow us to offer 24/7 support we need our specialists to be able and willing to work a shift pattern that may include weekends (emergencies can happen after all!), and to be available for rare out-of-hours support if required i.e. if our offshore support team needs the help.
