Customer Service Specialist

Your new role

Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues where required.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure service levels are achieved.
Support customers through a variety of communication channels.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
Confident problem solver with a proactive approach.
Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
Be able to get to the office 5 days a week in Chadderton
