NEW VACANCY - Our client is looking for a bright, experienced customer services & operations clerk to join their Heathrow courier / Express division.
You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of:
Monday - Friday - 9.00AM -18.00PM / 8.00AM -17.00PM / 7.00AM - 16.00PM - DAYS
You must have experience in using and be confident using Microsoft Excel
Duties include:
- Taking bookings via telephone and email
- Arranging courier / express shipments
- Updating customers
- Liaising with transport & warehouse team
- Entering jobs into system
