Customer Service Team Leader The Role:

You’ll be leading a small, dedicated team within the Sales Admin department, ensuring smooth order processing, supplier coordination, and exceptional customer communication. This is a great time to join and help shape smarter, more efficient processes.

Customer Service Team Leader Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer orders, ensuring accuracy in parts, pricing, and terms
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery timelines
  • Manage the order book to meet monthly billing targets
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding order updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and service standards
  • Support and develop your team, driving continuous improvement
  • Contribute to ERP system enhancements and process optimisation

Customer Service Team Leader What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service, order processing, or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator across all levels, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience with ERP/CRM systems
  • A proactive, team-oriented leader with a creative and inquisitive approach
