This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring families, residents, and staff receive a first-class experience through effective communication and empathetic service.

The Role:

As Team Leader, you will oversee a team of customer service agents, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met while maintaining a supportive and positive working environment. This is a busy and rewarding role, where compassion and efficiency go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and support a team of customer service advisors
• Monitor performance, provide regular feedback and conduct 1:1s
• Handle escalated calls with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure calls and enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately
• Support training and onboarding of new staff
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality
• Uphold the company's values and commitment to exceptional care

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a call/contact centre
• Strong people management skills and ability to inspire a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience within healthcare, social care or similar industries is advantageous
• Calm under pressure, with a proactive and professional approach
