Responsibilities - Customer Service Team Leader
Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. Coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimise customer experience across all channels. Manage escalations effectively, resolving complex customer issues promptly and professionally. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and recognition of achievements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address operational challenges. Maintain comprehensive records of team performance, training activities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications - Customer Service Team Leader
Proven management or supervising experience within a customer service environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage. Analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and implement improvements. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build positive relationships with clients. Previous experience in analysing customer feedback and implementing strategic solutions. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to lead by example, enhance team performance, and deliver outstanding customer service.
