Job Description - Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee our customer service department within the FMCG / Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with a keen interest in leading

a talented team.

Our client is a large-scale entity, operating within the FMCG / Manufacturing industry. The firm's headquarters are based in Warrington, and it employs over 5000 personnel, spanning various departments worldwide.
Description
This Customer Service leaders role will manage stakeholder relationships, internally and externally while representing the customer. You'll be in charge of supporting your team to ensure smooth customer journeys that lead to excellent commercial results.
Lead the customer service team in providing excellent service to clients.
Manage the Sales Order Processing.
Manage numerous weekly reports including customer trend and prediction reports.
Working on SAP to ensure customer details and specifications are accurate.
Handle escalated customer complaints and enquiries.
Implement and maintain customer service procedures and policies.
Train and mentor new team members.
Monitor team performance and report metrics to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Team Leader should have:
Proven experience as a team leader in a customer service environment.
Experienced working in a Customer focused role within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.
Strong administrative skills including data analysis and skills working on an ERP system
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
An ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Job Offer
A competitive salary in the region of £40,500 - £49,500 per annum.
Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).
