Customer Service Team Leader - Aftercare

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Aftercare department at Harvey Water Softeners. As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of Aftercare specialists, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and resolving any after-sales issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Aftercare specialists, providing guidance, training, and support
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any product or service-related issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
