Job DescriptionLocation - Office based in CardiffProducts - Medical Devices / Med-techInnovative global manufacturer with great product pipelineDiverse organisation with great culture and well-established globally THE COMPANY: A sister company as part of a global organisation. Specialising in Obstetric, Vascular Assessment, Fetal & Patient Monitoring & Wound Express products into the healthcare market; NHS, private hospitals and primary care.THE ROLE: Office based job in Cardiff. As a Customer Service Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 4. The primary purpose of this job is to work closely with the customer services manager to provide direction, instruction, and guidance to a customer service team, ensuring the delivery of excellent service to customers. Ensuring the swift and accurate processing UK orders, including service repairs and returns. Effective leadership in this position directly contributes to the overall success of the customer service department and the satisfaction of the customers they serve.Training new staff, setting customer satisfaction goals, and maintaining service protocols.Monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and motivating team members to exceed customer expectations.Support in handling complex customer queries or complaints, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.To lead, motivate and support the UK customer services team to ensure a professional and courteous response to all customers.Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring team members provide high-quality service.To ensure that all team members are utilising the appropriate carriers in line with customers requirements.Support in basic team management, including annual leave requests, overtime management and absence recordingFull company and product training will be provided. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:We are looking for candidates with team leadership experience in customer Service / adminMust be confident using Microsoft ExcelAn excellent telephone manner and organisation skills.Must be able to commute to the office dailyThe Package for Customer Services Leader:Basic: £25,000 - 30,000Christmas BonusBenefits: Healthcare, Life Assurance, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday rising annually + stats
