Customer Service Representative
Temp – 8-12 weeks initially
Full Time Office based Hours
Free Parking
£25,000

What you will be doing

Managing a busy Inbox and answering calls
First point of contact for customers to resolve a variety of queries
Responding to general enquiries and escalating more complex issues to the relevant teams
Work closely with various teams within the organisation to follow up on information
Working to specific service level agreements

What we are looking for?

Proven experience within a customer service role managing a busy Inbox and taking calls
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
A calm, professional and can do approach when dealing with customers
Flexible and adaptable to new roles and environments
Availability to start immediately
