🎯 Deliver Classroom Training that Inspires – Plan and deliver interactive, engaging sessions in customer service that prepare learners for the real world.

📝 Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.

📚 Bring Real-World Experience to the Classroom – Use your own industry expertise to create practical, relatable learning opportunities.

🤝 Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners build confidence and overcome barriers to success.

📊 Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments.

🤩 Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to give learners the best possible experience.

✅ What You Need to Bring to the Table ✅

✔ A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards one

✔ Previous experience working in a senior customer service role

✔ A passion for helping people succeed

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)

✔ Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)

💡 Bonus points if you’ve delivered training before (but it’s not essential—we’ll support you on your journey!).
