Customer Service Assistant - Preston - £24,000

Reed our proud to be working with one of the UK's multi award winning leading student accommodation operators based in Preston City Centre. With an expansion plan to deliver 11 sites in 5 years across the UK now is an exciting time to join and have a real impact on the success of the company! As a Customer services assistant, you will be the first port of call for any enquiries via email and residents alike

Responsibilities:

• First-class service to our residents, third parties, and partners visiting the accommodation.
  
  Assisting with sales activity to help deliver on the company sales leasing plan, providing support on sales activity.
  
  Work with the marketing team in delivering the social calendar.
  
  Conducting property viewings assisting with room inspections, and general upkeep of the property promoting health and safety procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer focused, committed to high-standards and pushing-through on difficult tasks.
• An engaging team player, well-versed in multitasking roles and using own initiative.
• Competency in use of in-house systems (training will be provided) and Microsoft office.

Full time permanent site based Preston

Salary £24,000 dependent upon experience

37.5 hours varying from 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday with flexibility needed for occasional weekend work (overtime given back in lieu)

Holiday 28 days inclusive of bank holidays plus Christmas shut down
