Duties

To work with the customer services and customer support team

Replying to inbound calls and emails

Checking on customer order progress

Chasing deliveries and organising returns

Providing high level of services and support

Requirements and experience for the Customer Services role

* Previous work experience within a customer focused environment

* Excellent level of keyboard and IT skills

* Ability to deal with customer queries via phone and email

* Ability to find resolution to customer complaints
