Customer Services Assistant French / Spanish speakers

Morgan McKinley is looking for French or Spanish speakers for a great Customer Services type role. Full training is provided. The French or Spanish speaking Customer Service support job opportunities to start ASAP and will be working for a great company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

Hours: 35 hours a week - Shift work including some weekends

Salary: £29-31K + excellent company benefits

Location: Office based - East Grinstead, West Sussex

Customer Service duties:

• Manage all incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls and emails
• Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all cases to completion.
• Checking of customer records, notes and invoices
• Advise customers and answer queries regarding their claims

Skills & Experience:

• Ideally have some Customer Service skills and experience
• High level of organisation required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in French or Spanish
