Customer Services Associate

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Associate for our client based in Reading.

Role: Customer Services Associate

Location: Reading

Salary: £29,426 annually

As the first point of contact for residents, you will provide exceptional lettings and property management services. Your role will encompass everything from the initial enquiry to assisting new residents during their move-in process. You will play a vital role in fostering a sense of community and ensuring that every resident feels at home.

• Be the welcoming face of our client, guiding prospective tenants through property viewings and rental enquiries.
• Maintain pristine communal areas and apartments, ensuring they are always presented beautifully to attract new tenants.
• Communicate effectively, sharing important information through appropriate channels.
• Manage the entire rental process, from applicant vetting to processing offers and completing tenancy documentation.
• Provide top-notch customer service by addressing resident requests and issues promptly.
• organise and run tenant services, creating engaging community events and communications.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor appointments, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and complete detailed check-in and check-out reports.
