Skills and experience needed for Customer Service Role

Data Entry & Customer Services skills along with a confident manner essential

Processing customer orders via email

Chasing product and stock levels

Dealing with Couriers and advising on delivery times

Assisting team members where needed

Dealing with Supplier queries

Office based role no option for WFH

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
