Job Description - Customer Services Executive

Are you looking for you first opportunity in customer services/administration? Do you possess a warm telephone manner? Do you want to join a company which can offer long term progression? Are you a team player?

If this sounds like you we may have the perfect opportunity with our lovely client based in Guildford.

Working in a busy Customer Service Team our client is looking for a candidate with some experience within customer service to answer telephones and written enquiries from members of the public and clients.

Customer Services Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering queries from customers
  • Set up new clients using the established agency onboarding process.
  • Providing agency support to existing clients - helping with quotes, questions, applications.
  • Using LiveChat system to respond to enquiries online
  • Responding to queries submitted via email
  • To assist with training, mentoring and support of new staff as required.
  • To problem solve and mediate when required.
  • To work with other departments and team members as required to provide excellent and efficient service to customers.

Customer Services Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Passion for championing excellent customer service.
  • Understand how to implement processes and procedures.
  • Have a desire to learn new skills and challenge the 'status quo’ to develop personal and achieve business objectives.
  • Take an active role in supporting and maintaining the company values and culture.
  • Able to deliver high levels of accuracy and attention for detail.
  • Capable of managing relationships - internal and external at all levels within business.
  • Have good PR/interpersonal skills, have outstanding communication and reporting skills, problem analysis and listening ability.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
