• Be the first point of contact for applicants, offering clear, jargon-free guidance.
• Break down complex requirements into simple, actionable steps.
• Keep leads engaged with timely follow-ups and motivational support.
• Promote workshops, mentoring, and events that spark progress.
• Connect applicants with tailored resources and sector-specific help.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to improve service.
• Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to enhance outreach.
• Handle queries and complaints with professionalism and care.

• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and video.
• Experience in customer engagement, lead nurturing, or outreach.
• Ability to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office skills.
• Empathy for the Armed Forces and emergency services communities.
• Attention to detail and basic financial literacy.
