Job Description - Customer Services Executive

Job Title: IT Customer Service Executive

Location: Alderley Edge, Cheshire (Office-based, 5 days per week)

Salary: Up to £35,000 base

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues or escalate them appropriately to technical teams.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Attributes Required

  • Prior experience in a customer service or helpdesk role, ideally within an IT environment.
  • Basic understanding of first-line IT support concepts (e.g., password resets, connectivity issues).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to manage time effectively.
