This is a brilliant opportunity for a Customer Service Executive with strong organisation skills to join a successful, established organisation with a team who strive to be the best of their kind in the local area.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with the day to day management of client transport requirements and the vehicle fleet

- Taking bookings from clients requiring transport services and setting up jobs on computer system

- Allocating jobs to be completed to team of drivers and allocating relevant vehicles

- Maintaining vehicle records and co-ordinating repair and maintenance requirements as needed

- Dealing with any service issues that occured and resolving all matters

- Ensuring that a first-class level of service was provided to clients at all times
