Role: Customer Services Executive

Location: Bedford

Hours: 9-5 Mon to Friday

Salary: £30,000

I am looking for a proactive customer service executive to join my clients team in Bedford.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service experience.

What will you be doing in the role?

• Deal with queries from members via telephone and email and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow our business retention process which includes outbound calls, emails to members.
• Process member requests on our administration platforms.
• Support the Underwriting function by requesting reports, logging and allocating work items, chasing outstanding requirements and telephone support.
• Process BACS (bankers’ automated clearing system) reports daily

What we would like from you:

• Solid background in office-based customer service role
• Open, honest, adaptable and reliable
• Willingness to develop
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Strong administration skills
