Job Description - Customer Services Executive


Title: Customer Services Executive


Salary: £19,000 - £22,000, negotiable.


Reporting to: Head of Customer Services, Composed Ltd


Based: Leicester Square, London, UK


Type of role: Full-time position. Must be flexible to cover weekends and national holidays when necessary.


 


Composed is a digital start-up from Universal Music Group, the global music leader.


Working as part of a tight-knit team, the Customer Services Executive will respond to the needs of our ever-growing customer base by providing industry-leading support for the Composed service.


 


Overview of responsibilities 



  • Responding to customer queries and complaints via email

  • Handling reactive social media

  • Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with our technology team to resolve them

  • Reporting trends in customer feedback to the Head of Customer Services 


 


Person specification


Essential:



  • Must be passionate about music and technology

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Educated to degree-level

  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Must be outgoing, personable, motivated and a team player


 


Desired:



  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for classical music

  • French, German or Spanish language skills
