Our client is seeking a proven Customer Services Executive for their office in Rochester, Kent. This is not shop based so no one who has worked in Customer Services in a shop please.
Responsibilities:
To communicate with clients on the telephone and face to face.
Support the department Manager and Team
Act as a focal point for communication
Process and raise orders to include progress chasing
Have good all round admin skills
Work well under pressure with proven efficiency and the ability to work to production deadlines
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Must be willing to undertake training and development when required
High level of attention to detail
This is a Temp to Perm position for the right candidate.
Essential:
* Commencement 1st September 2026
* Contract is for 9 months.
* Or could be longer for the right candidate.
* Must have previous Customer Services experience within an office environment.
