Job Description - Customer Services Team Leader

Pyramid8 are recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Services Team Leader who enjoys motivating people, improving performance, and delivering outstanding service? We're looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading healthcare provider delivering NHS-funded services.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support and develop a multi-skilled team responsible for reception, telephone enquiries and referral management. You'll lead by example, helping to ensure every patient receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience.

Covering 2 sites – Normanton and Pontefract

Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours ( With some flexibility )

What You'll Do

* Lead, coach and support the Customer Services Team.

* Provide hands-on support with calls, reception and referrals when required.

* Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve patient access and customer experience.

* Work closely with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.

* Train, Develop and Coach new and existing staff

* Help create a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.

* Help design training manuals and look at improvements to process

About You

You'll be an organised, approachable and confident leader with:

* Previous experience leading a customer service team.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* The ability to motivate others and manage competing priorities.

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

* You will need to be flexible and pro-active

Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
