We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in industrial and engineering supplies for a Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to join their team in Dungannon.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with customers, manage stock, process orders and support the day-to-day running of the branch while delivering first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service

* Process customer orders and recommend suitable products

* Manage stock and inventory within the warehouse

* Receive, pick and dispatch goods

* Carry out deliveries using a company vehicle when required

* Help maintain an organised and efficient branch

What We're Looking For

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong IT and organisational skills

* A proactive attitude with great attention to detail

* Warehouse, retail, trade counter or customer service experience is desirable

* An interest in career progression within a growing business
