To become a trusted advisor to the client this position requires someone who is knowledgeable, comfortable on the telephone and in digital conversation. They are methodical, structured, and comfortable working with systems including LinkedIn and Microsoft.
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to add an ambitious Customer Solutions Advisor to their team. The appointed candidate will begin their journey by shadowing the technical department, in order to gain thorough understanding of the solution they provide. Upon completion, they will then integrate with the Sales Department, taking on a soft approach via warm leads in a Sales Admin/Internal Sales capacity.
After a period of time the successful candidate will move in to a full sales development role where they will research, identify and engage new prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to better understand their needs and product fit.
Where there is a good fit, they will book the meetings for a member of the sales team to deliver a product demonstration.
