Job Description - Customer solutions manager

About the Role We are currently seeking a Customer Application Solutions Team Account Manager to join our team in Bristol on a 6-month secondment.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in reviewing applications, assessing potential risks, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Reporting to the CAST Team Manager, this role involves safeguarding the Scheme, reviewing live agreements, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Review applications that cannot progress due to failing a Scheme Policy rule.

Review live agreements with location trackers to assess potential misuse.

Ensure prospective and renewing customers understand our worry-free proposition.

Collaborate with other areas of the business to safeguard the Scheme and assess reputational risk.

Deliver excellent levels of service to both our customers and dealers.

About You Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to show empathy and build relationships based on trust and honesty.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to communicate at all levels.

Good problem-solving and effective questioning skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible for continuous self-development.

Minimum Criteria Customer service experience.

Clear and articulate telephone manner with the ability to provide excellent dealer and customer service.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in objection handling and finding alternative solutions.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
