Job Description - Customer Success Advisor

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client, a well-established and expanding business in central Bath, as they look for a Customer Success Advisor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious company where you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive first-class support and service. This is a hands-on role and requires someone to be solutions-focused and proactive with their approach.

The role would suit a customer service professional or a tenacious graduate looking to take their first step into an exciting commercial career. You will be working as part of a close-knit and passionate team, and within a business that champions development and culture.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues, escalating where necessary
  • Logging queries accurately and updating customers regularly until resolution is achieved
  • Collaborating with technical colleagues to ensure smooth issue resolution and excellent communication with customers
  • Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to customer support resources
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure engagement and satisfaction
