Customer Success Consultant – North Region North Region Competitive salary + Profit Share Bonus

We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our team, supporting our National Account business across the North Region. This is a varied and commercially focused role, working closely with Hub Managers, operational teams and National Accounts to maximise fulfilment, improve client outcomes and identify opportunities for growth.
The Role
Act as the regional point of contact for portal-based client activity across the North Monitor client requirements and ensure opportunities are communicated to the relevant Hubs and actioned quickly Work closely with Hub Managers and Consultants to maximise fulfilment and increase regional revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with National Accounts and internal stakeholders Identify gaps, barriers and opportunities, working collaboratively to find solutions Support the implementation and mobilisation of new National Account opportunities Monitor performance, KPIs and activity to identify trends and areas for improvement Share best practice across Hubs and provide additional support where performance is below expectations Help deliver excellent customer service while supporting the growth and development of National Accounts
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, account management, customer success or healthcare staffing Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills Confident working with multiple stakeholders across different locations and levels Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership Self-motivated, resilient and driven to achieve targets and objectives Comfortable using technology, client portals and internal systems Knowledge of the healthcare or care sector would be advantageous Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between Hubs and client locations when required
