Company profile – Enterprise SaaS/eCommerce Tech Firm
In this Customer Success role in London, you will be joining the leading marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands. They have found product/market fit in the last two years and quickly become the market leader for measurement in EMEA.

They are the only business of their type to be a certified partner of Meta, TikTok and Snap, and have worked with some of the best known eCommerce brands in the UK and Europe! 2025 is set to be an exciting year for the business as they expand in North America and grow out their leading Customer Success team.

Job description – Customer Success Grad Scheme
This Grad Scheme offers fantastic professional development and growth from day one. Joining in Customer Success, you will rapidly progress, developing marketing and attribution expertise. You will be liaising with a range of clients in a support/ consultative capacity, helping them to discern insight and strategy based on the key performance metrics put together through the Data Science model.

The role will be dynamic and varied, with future opportunities to move departments through a bespoke Centre of Excellence Grad Scheme (e.g. Product, Sales, Marketing or Operations), or you may decide Customer Success is the right fit for you!

Key responsibilities - Customer Success Grad Scheme
  • Support and learn from Heads of Onboarding and Customer Success on matters specific to the firm’s clients
  • Own and project manage client onboarding, including ensuring quality for customers
  • Become a go-to expert in Marketing and the business's products, and provide ongoing client training on these
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions, according to customer needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, identify, and help realise upsell opportunities; grow opportunities within the customer base, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment
  • Continually strive to provide the best customer service possible and exceed expectations
Job requirements - Customer Success Grad Scheme
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a Data related subject
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros…)
  • You enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to customers
  • You will be highly organised, able to work across multiple accounts with competing priorities
  • Capable of producing high-quality presentation decks for client meetings, overall owner, and responsibility for getting contributors to provide content on time
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
