Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Addland is on a mission to make property research easy for all! We are a fast-paced, fast-growing technology business based in Notting Hill, London. We work with residential estate agents to support their teams with instant access to essential property and market data. We ensure that agents using Addland are absolute experts when they walk into a market appraisal or viewing.

We believe in building high quality, reliable and robust technology products for our members. Products that deliver genuine value for those using them. We constantly strive to iterate and improve our products over time, learning from our members as they evolve with our platform. 

We are looking for a "take the initiative and ask forgiveness later" salesperson to join our team. We look for those who might not have sold technology products before, but have demonstrated expereince in a sales role. We look for the hunger that knows their commission is uncapped and are not afraid to go out and build their own sales pipeline. We look for those who have the emotional intelligence to be discreet with customers and build lasting relationships, rather than making the quick sale. We look for those who can articulate the value of a complex products, tailoring for the use case of the customer. We look for those with good values. We look for passion.

Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate would have at least 2-5 years of either tech sales or residential agency experience
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of an end-to-end sales process from lead to conversion
  • Proven experience developing and nurturing customer leads
  • Experience managing trials, including onboarding, usage monitoring and feedback gathering
  • Experience closing deals!
