We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Automated Actions Test Account in Inen. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction with our product. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve any issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team that is revolutionizing the way businesses operate.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our product.

• Understand customer's needs and concerns and provide proactive solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Help onboard new customers, provide product demonstrations and trainings, and ensure successful implementation.

• Monitor customer usage and proactively identify any potential issues or roadblocks and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Support to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.

• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

• Track customer success metrics and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

• Act as an advocate for our customers and provide a positive and professional representation of our company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.

• Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
