Customer Success Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at GoHire, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Onboard new clients and provide training on our products to ensure a smooth integration process.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organisations.
• Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
