Customer Success Manager

A leading provider of asset management software for the Construction industry are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the entire post-sale journey.  Their platform helps customers track equipment, manage inspections, and monitor asset status in real time.

What you'll do as Customer Success Manager:

Lead onboarding for new customers, remote and on-site.
Run regular check-ins to spot risks early and boost adoption.
Be the customer's voice inside the business.
Turn feedback into clear, actionable change requests.
Spot at-risk accounts and turn them around before renewal.
 What you'll bring as Customer Success Manager:

Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role (SaaS a big plus).
Brilliant communication skills, you build trust fast, with anyone from end users to execs.
Genuine empathy and a knack for solving problems.
Sharp organisational skills, self reliant.
Comfortable learning new software.
A full UK driving licence and able to travel nationwide.
