Customer Success Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and challenges to tailor solutions effectively.
• Monitor customer health and engagement metrics, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and drive value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
