Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to gather feedback and ensure ongoing customer success.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech industry or a related field.
