Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or client services.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Organisation: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proactivity: Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Technical Know-How: Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success software is a plus.
Personality: Enthusiasm and a vibrant personality are a must!
