The Role:
The Customer Success Manager is integral to the success of the business, and will own a portfolio of well-known high-value accounts from day one.
Report directly to the VP of Customer Success
Grow and maintain accounts for a small group of high-touch enterprise clients
Design and deliver advertising strategy based on customer insights
Skills & Expertise:
Account Management / Customer Success type background
AdTech, MarTech, Customer Insights or Media Agency experience
Commerciality - revenue driving / up-sell / cross-sell
Data insights and campaign management
