Customer Success Specialist

We're working with a globally recognised audio technology company based in Manchester, developing products used by musicians, engineers and audio professionals around the world.

They're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help customers and partners get the most out of their products. It's a varied, hands-on role combining technical support, product guidance and relationship building, with opportunities to travel internationally and work directly with customers.

In this Customer Success Specialist role in Manchester, you will:

Build strong relationships with customers and partners, supporting them throughout their experience with the products.
Provide pre and post-sales support, helping with technical queries, product selection and troubleshooting.
Deliver product demonstrations, training and guidance to help customers get the best from the technology.
Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams, helping influence product improvements and future development.

The ideal Customer Success Specialist will have:

Experience in customer success, technical support, applications engineering or a customer-facing technical role.
A good understanding of audio technology, music equipment or related products.
Confidence explaining technical concepts, delivering demonstrations and working with a range of customers.
A proactive, people-focused approach, with a willingness to travel internationally to meet customers and partners.
