Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey? We're working with a growing, innovative business looking to hire a Customer Success Trainer to join their dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring new clients receive a best-in-class onboarding experience and feel confident using the business’s products from day one. As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll guide them through setup and provide tailored training to help them gain real value from the platform. From personalised 1:1 sessions to engaging webinars, you'll champion customer education and success. You'll also collaborate across departments, tackle onboarding challenges, and play a key role in encouraging long-term engagement and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

-Experience in onboarding, account management, or training
