Our Customer Supply Chain Team is looking for a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of international shipments across global markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams, third-party logistics providers, and external partners to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Key Accountabilities

Key responsibilities include:

Booking, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery of international shipments

Preparing accurate and compliant export documentation and maintaining audit-ready records

Ensuring shipments meet all customs and export compliance requirements for global markets

Coordinating with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders

Supporting stock integrity across EU third-party logistics providers

Reviewing freight rates and supporting rate negotiations

Producing and sharing shipment data and performance reporting (KPIs)

Providing timely responses to queries and supporting cross-functional team

The Right Person

Essential

Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.

Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).

Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

Knowledge of specific regional trade regulations (EU, UK, CAN, US, AUS).

Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Familiarity with inventory or warehouse operations.
