Customer Supply Coordinator

Our client, a leading healthcare business with an international customer base, is seeking a Customer Supply Coordinator to join its procurement and supply chain team in North West London. This permanent role is responsible for supporting end-to-end order fulfilment, maintaining high customer service levels and helping ensure products are delivered on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the fulfilment process for a portfolio of customers or SKUs, from sales order processing through to invoicing and returns.
Build effective relationships with retailers, distributors and customer supply chain teams to support service performance and joint business objectives.
Coordinate customer service and supply plans, resolving order, delivery and product availability issues promptly.
Work closely with commercial, planning, logistics, finance and warehouse teams to support seamless order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate product, pricing, promotional and customer master data across relevant systems.
Monitor and improve processes covering sales order processing, stock allocation, invoicing, claims and returns.
Track key performance indicators, including OTIF, case fill rate, cost-to-serve, forecast accuracy and on-shelf availability.
Analyse customer and EPOS data to identify service improvements, support risk mitigation and provide insights to demand and supply planning teams.

Job Requirements:

Understanding of supply chain and order fulfilment processes, including order accuracy, stock allocation and timely delivery.
Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, inventory flows and basic supply chain principles.
Strong customer service skills, with clear communication and the ability to manage complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Experience in end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, amendments and returns.
Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning, Warehouse and customer teams.
Understanding of stock availability, backorders, inventory reconciliation, logistics coordination and service level reporting.
A flexible, learning-focused approach, with an interest in continuous improvement and changing systems or processes.
