Job Description - Customer Support

Test Email is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is mainly responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exemplary and timely assistance, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.

Responsibilities:
    • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
    • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions.
    • Establishing a good relationship and engagement with customers and facilitating the sales process.
    • Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
    • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.

Our Customer Support Representative is not only oriented in service but should also have a broad knowledge of the products or services that our company offers and how they can benefit our customers. The ultimate goal is to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a customer support role.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota.
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
