Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Aldridge, West Midlands Contract Type: Permanent Annual Salary: £27,000 Working Pattern: Full Time (09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday)

The Role: As a Customer Support Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers through phone and email communication. Processing customer orders with precision and care. Addressing product and order enquiries promptly. Providing support to both trade and retail customers. Following up on quotations and sales enquiries to drive sales. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records. Collaborating closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and design teams. Offering general administrative support to the sales department.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
A friendly, confident, and professional demeanour. Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. The ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
